SiobhanByron.com will accept credits or exchanges within 21 days of purchase. Items must be new, unworn, resaleable condition. Exchanges and returns are subject to shipping charges. Once your return has been processed you will receive credit in the form of your original payment. We can not refund shipping on returned items. Items that were purchased as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

Repair Policy:
SiobhanByron.Com will repair any design purchased through SiobhanByron.Com or any of our retailers. Please contact us using the Contact link found at the bottom of every page or click HERE. Please include your Name, address, phone number and a brief description of the problem. If the design was made in less than the last 6 months with in reason there will be no charge. In the case the item is 6 months old or more an estimate of charges will be given prior to repair. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
